About the Shop

In the gentle glow of the evening sun,
in a place called Naganuma Town, Yubari District, Hokkaido,
Baisen-ya habu roasts coffee beans.

A small, humble space filled with countless coffee beans
and aromas drifting quietly in the air.
Our partners are a hand-cranked coffee roaster
and a Fuji Royal roaster.

Each batch is finished through an analog process,
guided by the roaster’s five senses.
By leaving room in the ambiguity of bean names
and the stories behind each roast,
we offer coffee beans that invite imagination.

From time to time, we also offer music and leather goods
crafted by the roaster—
small companions to your coffee moments.
